Hammer CrossFit an 8.700 square foot gym is located on the southeast corner of 87th Avenue and Kelton Lane, just ½ mile from Loop 101 (exit 13 at Bell Road)…

We have athletes performing Olympic weightlifting, power lifting, strength training, gymnastics, yoga, and cardio work every single day, and thus we have people getting better, gaining skills and confidence everyday.

Our regular daily workouts include a 5-10 minute warm up, a focused strength training session, and then a traditional CrossFit style metcon.  We also include accessory work as part of a suggested cooldown which might also include drills to work on additional skills.


We have all the equipment you would expect in a typical CrossFit gym as well as:
