Front squat + back squat (Weight)
8 x 3+5 x heavy

8 sets; 3 front squat + 5 back squat. Limit your rest in the rack when resetting.

30 power clean and jerk 75/55
30 thrusters 75/55
RX+ 95/65

This is meant to be light and fast completed in large sets of reps (barbell cycling). Aim to cycle 8-10 unbroken reps.
